About Beinn a' Chreachain

Beinn a' Chreachain rises above the remote northern shores of Loch Tulla, overlooking the vast expanse of Rannoch Moor. The highest Munro in the Bridge of Orchy group, it features a dramatic northern corrie, a small mountain lochan and sweeping grassy ridges. Often climbed with Beinn Achaladair, the summit rewards walkers with remarkable views towards Ben Alder, the Black Mount and distant Highland peaks. Its quiet setting makes this an especially memorable Highland mountain journey.
