About Beinn Bhuidhe
Beinn Bhuidhe rises above remote Glen Fyne in Argyll, its name reflecting the golden colours of the hillside. A lengthy glen approach leads past woodland, tumbling burns and old estate buildings before the mountain steepens into rocky upper slopes. The summit ridge rewards walkers with sweeping views towards Loch Fyne, Loch Awe, the Arrochar Alps and distant islands. Its isolated setting and remarkably varied scenery create a memorable day among Scotland's quieter southern Highland mountains.
