About Beinn Dòrain

Beinn Dòrain is one of Scotland’s most recognisable Munros, rising dramatically above Bridge of Orchy with its distinctive pyramid-shaped summit. Its sweeping grassy slopes and rocky ridges offer spectacular views across Rannoch Moor, Loch Tulla and the surrounding Highlands. Frequently climbed alongside neighbouring Beinn an Dòthaidh, the mountain provides an exhilarating adventure through beautiful Highland scenery. Immortalised in Gaelic poetry, Beinn Dòrain combines natural beauty, cultural heritage and rewarding mountain walking in the Scottish Highlands.
