About Beinn na Lap
Beinn na Lap rises above the northern shore of Loch Ossian in the remote landscape surrounding Corrour. Its broad grassy slopes offer one of Scotland's shorter Munro ascents, made memorable by the train journey to the isolated railway station. A faint path climbs from open moorland to a sweeping summit ridge, where walkers can admire Rannoch Moor, Ben Alder and the surrounding peaks. The peaceful scenery and remarkable location create a distinctive Highland mountain experience.
