About Beinn Teallach

Beinn Teallach rises above Glen Spean near Roughburn, its broad grassy summit forming a quieter neighbour to Beinn a' Chaorainn. Once considered a Corbett, it became a Munro after more accurate surveying established its height above the qualifying threshold. A circuit of both mountains crosses boggy lower ground, a sweeping high ridge and rocky knolls. From the summit, walkers enjoy views towards Creag Meagaidh, Loch Laggan and the surrounding Highland ranges on particularly clear days.
