About Beinn Udlamain
Beinn Udlamain is the highest of the Drumochter Munros, rising above the pass between Perthshire and the central Highlands. Its broad, rounded summit ridge offers magnificent views towards Loch Ericht, Ben Alder and the surrounding mountains. Usually climbed alongside Sgàirneach Mhòr, the route follows grassy ridges, open moorland and the sweeping slopes of Coire Dhomhain. Despite its proximity to the A9, the mountain offers a rewarding sense of space and impressive Highland scenery throughout the journey.
