About Carn Aòsda

Càrn Aosda is one of Scotland’s most accessible Munros, rising above the Glenshee Ski Centre in the eastern Cairngorms. Its high starting point and established tracks provide a relatively straightforward climb, with sweeping views across the surrounding Highland landscape. Often combined with The Cairnwell and Càrn a' Ghèoidh, the walk offers an enjoyable introduction to Munro bagging. Despite the visible ski infrastructure, its broad summit provides impressive scenery and a rewarding mountain experience.
