About Meall nan Ceapraichean
Meall nan Ceapraichean rises to 977 metres within the rugged Beinn Dearg mountain group near Ullapool. Its stony summit overlooks the spectacular landscapes of the Northwest Highlands, with sweeping views towards Assynt, Loch Broom and surrounding peaks. Steep rocky slopes contrast with broad ridges and remote mountain corries, creating an impressive Highland setting. Often climbed alongside three neighbouring Munros, Meall nan Ceapraichean rewards adventurous walkers with peaceful wilderness, dramatic scenery and unforgettable mountain panoramas throughout the year.
