About Stob Coire Sgriodain

Stob Coire Sgriodain rises sharply above Loch Treig in Lochaber, offering one of the most dramatic viewpoints among the eastern Glen Spean Munros. Its rugged ridge and rocky summit contrast with the rounded slopes of neighbouring Chno Dearg. Starting from Fersit, the popular circuit crosses open moorland, climbs Sròn na Garbh-bheinne and traverses high, stony ground. From the summit, walkers enjoy sweeping views across Loch Treig towards the Grey Corries, Mamores and distant Glencoe mountains.
