About Tom Buidhe
Tom Buidhe rises to 957 metres within the remote eastern Cairngorms, surrounded by sweeping moorland, rolling hills and vast Highland wilderness. Its broad, grassy summit offers expansive views across the Cairngorm plateau and neighbouring mountains. Often climbed alongside Tolmount, this secluded Munro provides a peaceful mountain experience. Although its slopes are relatively gentle, the lengthy approach from Glen Clova, boggy terrain and exposed conditions make Tom Buidhe a rewarding challenge requiring stamina and careful navigation throughout.
